Today was the penultimate match of the season and saw us head over to an old favourite of ours. Moor Monkton - Cyprio Lake. I was on Peg 12 with Big T on peg 13. An area of the lake we hadn't fished before.
It was a very windy, rainy day and the type of day that signalled the end of the fishing season is upon us.
The match was a dull affair and complete opposite of last week. We both struggled for the 5 and a half hour duration,
I won the match 5.0 with a total of 20 lb 5 oz for my four fish. Big T ended up with 11 lb 3 oz for his two fish. My 8 lb 15 oz Mirror Carp was the biggest of the day
The match was, however dangerous in a funny way. We were both sat under a huge Tree and were belted by falling Acorns all match hahaha
