There are two lakes at this venue but I prefer to fish Goldrush Lake.
The lake is quite sheltered with large thick trees surrounding the majority of the water with the exception of a spit which has the best pegs on it. (32,33,34).
Due to the trees and shrubs snagging can be a problem so dont play the fish too long.
The fishery opens at 7am however if you are quiet you can usually get on earlier.
Along with the mature trees around the outskirts of the lake there are many other features to fish to including weed beds and lillies.
The fish in this lake include Perch, Ide, Rudd, Tench, Bream, Barbel, Roach, Chub, Golden Orfe, Crucian Carp, Mirror Carp, Common Carp, Ghost Carp, Koi Carp and Grass Carp. Whilst fishing the lake in 2020, it appeared to fish very differently to previous years which leads me to believe either some fish have been sold or stolen. Very few larger fish were seen but lots of 1.5 lb F1 Carp...

Rules state in-line method feeders only and no boilies & no plastic fake baits

Good pegs include 33, 34,35, 45, 46, 47 and 48

Quotes I've found on other sites include :

"The Goldrush is heavily stocked and contains many species including: Carp to 10lb, Crucean Carp to 2lb, Tench to 5lb, Golden Tench to 3lb, Roach to 2lb, Chub to 3lb, Ide to 3lb, Rudd to 2lb, Barbel to 3lb, Grass Carp to 5lb, Koi to 9lb, Bream to 4lb. This fish filled lake has many features such as 9 Islands with overhanging trees and rushes with 35 well spaced pegs"

"There are plenty of carp to 18lb, Ide to 5lb, bream and chub to 4lb, cruceans, barbel and even golden tench to 5lb. Carp average at about 8lb"

"The lake sits in front of the owners house and offers good cover against the elements with mature trees around the outskirts. It has many attractive features to fish to including lilies and weed beds. Fish include perch, rudd, tench, bream, roach, chub, golden orfe, crucean carp, common, ghost, mirror and grass carp and catfish. There are also quite a few koi that are around 10lb"
