This fishery is set away from the road and is very secluded. It has many features to fish to including lillies, an island and trees. Its a natural looking lake that resembles part of a river.
The lake holds Carp, Bream, Ide, Roach and Chub.
Rules state no groundbait but I've always used it. It may refer to no balling in
Quotes I've found on other sites include :
"The majority of the lake is well establised with an unusual square far end which was an addition to the water some years ago. A quick walk around showed that there were many pegs offering both open water and cover so that the majority of match fishing methods could be used"
Been 5 times with my daughter and caught well over 100 fish including ide, roach, perch and Chubb but sadly no carp and all from peg 34 on the whip.Great venue. Last visit November 2015.
