Swillington Park has five lakes, however Lake Number One is my favourite.
This lake has central running islands that can be reached by almost every peg.
Its not a very big Lake but has a large amount of carp in it plus other species too.
The fishery opens at 7.30am and you must call at the house to get a ticket before entering the site. You must leave the site at sunset (no later than 10pm).
The best pegs are on the nearest bank to the entrance to the right hand side. The South side third and 4th peg are good too
